Happy Solstice friends! Now that we’ve entered the home stretch of Christmas week I can’t help but hear the song “Final Countdown” on repeat in my head (anybody picturing Gob Bluth right about now…?). Since the few days leading up to Christmas have the potential to be extra stressful, I’ve compiled a sort of one-stop-shop for all of your holiday recipe needs. There’s sweet treats of course, but there’s also plenty of savory vittles for both dinner and party spreads. Everything is gluten free & vegan (natch) and personally taste tested by me, haha!
