Holy moly it’s the 23rd of December and I have not wrapped one single gift yet! But, I was able to bake and shoot the final post for cookie month. I know all of you are busy doing your own holiday thing but I wanted to go ahead and share these little biscuits in case you still need some baking inspiration, or at the very least wanted to see a new post.
These biscuits are good on their own, or dunked into your favorite warm beverage. You could also take a cue from the original recipe and douse them in some thick coconut milk with perhaps some sliced up pears. These biscuits have a relatively long shelf life for a gluten free/vegan baked good, so feel free to make as many as you want. Just make sure to store them in an airtight container.
