seasonal plant-based recipes
I was able to pick about 5 pounds of dewberries several weeks ago before the weather turned to scorching hot. Since I had so many, I decided to go with two different types of dewberry jam. Lemony Dewberry Darjeeling Jam and Wild Dewberry Bourbon Jam are now available in my etsy shop in mini 4-oz jars for $4 each! Here are a few pictures to make you drool…
In addition to the lovely strawberry basil jam I added at the beginning of the week, there are 2 more new items in my shop! I’ve added a thumbprint sampler which includes 1/2 a dozen each of all of the available thumbprint cookies (dewberry buckwheat, blood orange, and pineapple ginger). I’ve also added a new cookie to the lineup: a vegan salted chocolate chip date cookie. Head on over to the shop to check them both out!!
