Happy Meatless Monday friends! In honor of one of my favorite veggies, the mighty kohlrabi, here’s my latest recipe for Loam Agronomics. It doesn’t require any cooking and the ingredient list is fairly short. While developing the recipe I had flashbacks of one of my grandmothers having me meticulously cut up cabbage for cole slaw while she fixed the rest of her southern inspired lunches. To be honest, I never really liked that type of slaw, but it got me curious about being in the kitchen and exploring the world of cooking. Head here to get the recipe for this kohlrabi slaw with sweet chili peanut dressing and enjoy the start of your week!

Loam Collaboration: Spring Greens Miso Soup with Turmeric Granola
Hello and happy Monday!! In honor of Meatless Monday and all of the lovely spring produce that is bountiful, here’s the next recipe I developed for Loam Agronomics. It’s a simple soup filled with springy greens, flavored with mellow miso, and topped with a savory turmeric granola. I had the idea of “spring cleaning” in mind when I developed it so it’s great for a gentle reset to the digestive system. Plus, that glowing green color is sure to put a smile on your face 🙂 Head here for the recipe.
