Somehow time has eluded me yet again and here we are at another start of a week! In honor of Meatless Monday and to get you inspired to eat what’s in season, here’s my latest recipe developed for Loam Agronomics. In this one, turnips take a long bath in some maple goodness before getting nice and browned on the edges. To keep with the theme of this verdant season, they’re served up on fresh chrysanthemum greens. Head here to check out the recipe and enjoy the rest of your Monday!
