Starting today, I’ll be contributing gluten free (and vegan) recipes over at the Vegan Housewives blog twice a month. Since baking both gluten free and vegan can be a challenge, the recipes will be centered around all kinds of baked goods. To sort of ease into things, I’m sharing an autumn quinoa granola over there today. It’s full of amazing goodies like apple butter, maple syrup, and quinoa flakes.
