You see what I did there with the title? Eh? Maybe it’s just me that likes a good pun or play on words. I know it’s a gem when it makes me laugh out loud, though most of the time I’m the only one laughing… Moving on.
It’s Halloween! It was my favorite of all holidays when I was a child, particularly because of my love of carving up a pumpkin. The smell, the seeds, and the satisfaction and hand cramping that comes when the design has been carved make it my most favorite of holiday related activities. Though, it does give baking cookies at Christmas a run for the money.
I didn’t get time to make a Halloween-y recipe, but I do have a few pictures of my wee owl pumpkin and some links to help you out with pumpkin seed roasting and pumpkin treat eating. Have a wonderful Halloween, no matter how you spend it 🙂

I love your owl pumpkins! I'm not big into halloween but I have been meaning to make some pumpkin bread or muffins for a little while. With hazelnuts and choc chips sounds delicious.
